Troy Hill is actual two apartment complex, the first is Troy Hill Apartments located at 303 E.Glessner St Americus Ga. The other is University Station, which is located only a few blocks away, on S.Lee St near Pat's Place. Both are within walking distance to Georgia southwestern State University.

 

Our main office is located at the Troy Hill Apartments on Glessner, as see above on map. The office is right next to the pool.

Troy Hill is dedicated to our residents and is a long-standing apartment complex in the community. While we have been around for a long time recently we have decided to revamp the apartments. Currently, both apartment complexes, Troy Hill and University station are under minor construction. We are redoing the floors, putting in new appliances, and giving the place a new fresh look! You may have notice the new 'red doors' over at University Station when you have driven past them. Our goal is is to improve the living of our residence and bring Troy Hill into the modern era. This is the new and improve Troy Hill, and we hope to see many new faces to come!
